Today’s book haul is a couple of magazines I have been wanting to get my hands on for a while now. I scraped together enough pennies to finally order them. In my quest to find new fiction that appeals to me I have come across this fantastic magazine. I was lucky enough to get a couple of e-arc issues from Cirsova, but I love having the physical copies! I can’t wait to dive in and read these. Keep an eye out for reviews!

I love scifi/fantasy magazines and wish there was more of them. I’ve always wanted my own subscription to Scifi Magazine-from the Scifi channel. I also like Tor Magazines, and a handful of others, but sadly my funding is limited. I hope you enjoy yours, they look very nice!

Cirsova is publishing some really good, pacey Sword and Sorcery/Weird Tale stuff, and I’m not just saying that because they’ve accepted one of stories for publication next year. My favorites are the ones that are in the style of Jack Vance. It’s nice to read stories with some action, wit and invention, instead of the usual snore-fests.

‘one of my stories’.
Why do I only spot these after I’ve pressed the Post button?
